DEPOSIT
- A $50 non refundable deposit is required to secure your spot.
- Deposit has to be sent out at the time you discuss your session in order to be finalized. Otherwise, the time and day discussed will still be open for anyone to book.
- This payment will be added to your package price. Remaining balance is due the day we meet for our session.
CANCELLATIONS
- You are allowed to cancel your session due to any circumstance, however deposit is non refundable.
RESCHEDULING
- If you need to reschedule due to any reason you are allowed to do so with no inconvenience fee. However, this may not assure a spot close to the date you had previously booked.
- Depending on how many bookings I have will determine the day we will be able to reschedule.
TIME
- Be aware that your sessions starts at the time we agree to meet. If you are late you will be getting less time for your photo session.
- If you are more than 20 minutes late your shoot will be cancelled and forced to be rescheduled.
- I won't make exceptions on traffic so please make sure to check on traffic reports prior to leaving to your session.
- If you arrive earlier, we will still shoot at the time we agreed to meet.
TRAVEL FEES
- There are NO travel fees for locations within a 25 mile radius.
- Anything outside of said radius will have a fee with a starting price of $20
TURNAROUND
- Typical turnaround time for pictures is 1-2 weeks during slow months. March-May and October-December are the busiest months of the year which means typical turnaround can be up to 1 month.
- I can not send unedited pictures or just a few of them before I'm done editing the whole gallery. I understand that we all get excited to see how our pictures come out, but I really want you to have great quality pictures and not something incomplete or rushed.
- Sneak peaks might be available on my instagram page from time to time.
PRIVACY
- Copyright law says that when you take a photograph, you become the copyright owner of the image created. This means the photographer (in this case, me) holds rights to reproduce the photograph and/or display the image in a public space.
- This does not mean that you can't post it! Feel free to upload it to your social medias and tag me ;)
- I want all of us to feel free to decide what goes out to the public and what doesn't. If you do not wish for your pictures to be posted let me know and I will definitely respect that. If I don't get a "no" from you I will take the liberty to use your pictures for my portfolio and/or advertisement.
